GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION BY THE CUSTOMER

In case of cancellation, the following conditions will be applied:
- If cancellation is made more than 14 days before check-in, the guest will lose 0% of the amount of the rent.
- Between 7 days and 14 days before check-in, the guest will lose 30% of the amount of the rent.
- With less than 7 days before check-in, the guest will lose 50% of the amount of the rent.
In case of no show , the guest will lose 100% of the amount of the rent.

If the client checks out of the property before the contracted check out date, no refund will be given.

COMPANY CHANGES

In the event that the reserved accommodation is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the company's control, the company undertakes to provide the client with equivalent accommodation of the same or higher category without obligation of refund.
